Position: HEADMISTRESS
Remuneration: + -12 Lac PA
Responsibilities:
Uphold our educational policies and integrate the common core government guidelines into each class curriculum
Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals
Develop programs that improve teacher performance and assist students in understanding class material better
Provide guidance to the schools network of student leaders and challenge those leaders to make the school a better place
Respond immediately to concerns from parents and school board administrators
Curriculum development of Pre Primary & Primary classes.
Time to time Implementation of new teaching skills.
Time table management of both the wings.
PTM management.
Handling of entire administration of school with the support staff.
Staff selection.
Requirements:
Graduation & B.Ed.
Min.10 years as a teacher & 4 -5 years as Headmistress / Vice Principal from any reputed school of Delhi NCR.
Sound Knowledge of curriculum of Pre Primary & Primary classes.
Modern teaching skills.
Leadership qualities.
Knowledge of CBSE norms.
Excellent communication skills.
Smart & Active.
Tech Savvy.

Salary: ₹70,000.00 - ₹++,000.00 per month
