Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop & implement financial controls, policies, and reporting systems (Ind AS, IFRS, statutory requirements)
✔ Oversee accounts payable, receivables, ledger management, and reconciliations
✔ Manage taxation & audits (GST, TDS, Income Tax), ensuring compliance with regulations
✔ Drive cost optimization, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making
✔ Lead & mentor the finance team, improving efficiency and financial processes
Requirements:
???? Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
???? Experience: 5+ years in accounting, compliance, and financial management
???? Tech Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle)
???? Industry Background: Experience in renewable energy, power generation, or EPC preferred
