Job Description
To develop and manage an offshore service delivery office
Recruiting Bookkeepers and other staff to service Company s clients
Developing training material and managing & coordinating training of the team
Using Company s learning management system and other processes
Ensuring process improvement & reporting.
Ensuring that analytical needs are proactively identified and that their services are optimized to meet those needs as best as possible
Ability to review the accuracy of accounts while overseeing others undertaking the bookkeeping tasks
Ability to help bridge the cultural divide, having worked or studied abroad
Ideally the incumbent should have handled a team of 10 plus people
Some overseas travel might be required
Tech savvy and able to learn new software programs quickly
Good English Communication skills (Both written & verbal),
