Position : Brand Head / Sr. Brand Manager / Sr. Marketing Manager
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) BRAND STRATEGY
- Understanding Brand's Vision & DNA, Consumer behavior.
- Based on this understanding strategy needs to be built
(B) MARKETING BUDGET
- Building, Getting Approval from Management, Executing & Reviewing the Budget.
(C) MARKETING CALENDAR
- Building, Getting Approval from Management, Executing & Reviewing the Calendar.
(D) AGENCIES MANAGEMENT
- With the help of team to continously map agency deliverables and performance.
(E) DIGITAL MARKETING
- To target the relevant consumer and converting them into consumers for life.
- To strategize & design campaigns.
- Delivering ROAS as per annual budget.
(F) TEAM MANGEMENT
- To Manage, Motivate & Council the team and Being accountabale for their Performance.
(G) OFFLINE EVENTS
- Plan & Execute EBO Launch activities.
- Leading Hall Design & Execution part of Trade Events
(H) BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
- To continuosly gather Market Intelligence through Visits and discussing with Sales Heads and Understanding their paning points in delivering sales.
- Do Competition tracking in terms of Products &, Marketing campaigns to always be ahead of them.
- Based on the intel - Suggest & Implement Solutions.
(I) VM & INSTORE MARKETING
- Branding for all business verticals using the lastest campaigns.
- Coordinating with Top retailers for better brand visibilities.
- Revamp present fixtures for wall and floor.
(J) REPORTS
- To Track & Broadcast Goal vs Achieved, Budget, ROAS and all the other insights required by management
