Job Description
Location - Gurgaon
Salary - 12 lac to 15 lac
• Managing soft services activities like Housekeeping, Security, Parking, Horticulture and landscaping, Customer relationship, Front desk management, Vehicle management, Pantry, Meeting, conference, recreation, auditorium, dining hall management, event management, procurement store and inventory management.
• Coordinating with clients and occupants of the building for their advice, suggestion, billing, recovery and grievances.
• Liaison with local govt and civil authorities like district administration, corporation administration, pollution control board, fire services, electricity board, local development authority local police, local authorities for obtaining OC, Fire NOCs, Pollution board NOC, lift license/NOC and other required permissions for building operation.
• Implementing plans & schedules for maintenance and annual turnaround with focus on optimum utilization of manpower and material.
• Working out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower and monitoring overall operations for ensuring timely completion.
• Ensuring adherence to the IMS certifications by implementing quality systems, norms & specifications and ensuring compliance to the safety culture and environment protection regulations
• Conducting safety audits at different sites and locations and to giving recommendation for solutions for audit findings.
