Client Description:
The role of Campus Director is for a leading global university's greenfield India campus. The university is planning to be a boutique career oriented premier university with globally benchmarked education and student experience.
Role Description:
• Strategise and lead all the non-academic operations of the campus
• Manage various teams and functions to deliver globally benchmarked education and student experience
• Take care of Marketing and Admissions to placements function for the students
• Manage 5 core functions for the campus
• Marketing & Admissions
• General Administration
• Student Services
• Corporate Relations
• Regulatory Affairs
Desired Profile:
• Masters (Post Graduation) degree with senior management experience of at least 10 years in higher education
• 15+ years of strong background in managing globally benchmarked higher education institutions or education companies
• Experience in strategic planning and operational excellence
• Proven track record of industry engagement and strategic alliances
• Deep understanding of higher education dynamics and regulatory framework is a plus
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross cultural dynamic environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience in managing and guiding teams from different departments under one umbrella.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
