The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary qualified with strong commercial and financial acumen. Post-graduate qualifications are highly regarded, or equivalent industry experience.
Proven experience managing diverse commercial portfolios, including airlines, property, retail, or transport. Candidates with relevant non-aviation commercial experience will also be considered where strong synergy exists.
Senior leadership experience with excellent stakeholder management at board, executive, peer, and team levels.
Strong customer focus, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
Understanding of relevant regulations and legislation, and strong financial acumen including development of business cases and development of financial appraisals.
