Key Responsibilities
Primary responsibility:
• Improving the quality of education delivered in the FCIT schools by overseeing curricula and teaching standards.
• Coordinate instructional materials, supervise its implementation by teachers, and assess the curriculum’s overall effectiveness in training children & teachers
• Analyze teachers’ instruction, analyse test data, assessing education standards, reviewing teaching learning material, recommending instructional techniques, arranging professional development workshops, developing assessments, and responding to teachers’ questions.
• Design, Develop, Assess academic programs aligned to the philosophy of FCIT ecosystem
• Lead and mentor a team of writers and evaluate the training module creation as per standards as well as Knowledge transfer to the academic team for effective implementation
• Ensure Collaborations with the industry and Certifications/accreditations for the courses and participants
• Abreast with the latest government circulars & guidelines related to educational pedagogy and practices

3) Decision-making and problem-solving abilities to find innovative solutions for improving student performance.
