Key Responsibilities
Owning and implementing a best-in-class DTC advertising strategy
Auditing, assessing, and enacting change to achieve DTC advertising excellence
Conducting regular meetings and 1:1s, managing work fulfillment, and account management demands
Maintaining a working knowledge of projects without getting drawn into detail, nurturing team growth, development, and training
Servicing line effectiveness and performance, including key metrics
Duties and Expectations
Building and owning revenue and cost-related P&L items to ensure the company's primed for growth while achieving profit margin targets
Internal and external account escalation, serving as the senior point of contact for addressing agency or client needs
Ensuring service operations reflect best practices to match the speed of digital marketing and industry trends
Creating a standardized reporting system and cadence to enable the COO and executive team to understand the vision and trajectory of our DTC offering
Requirements
A dynamic performance-marketing mindset for D2C, with a clear perspective on driving performance success and curiosity about future Paid Media industry trends for D2C
