3 Setting up systems
• Trello Work Management
• Work-flow reporting systems & schedules

4 Working towards the following
• Social Media Growth
• Client Acquisition Processes Setup & Optimization
• Macro & Micro Campaigns throughout the year
• Offline Marketing Campaigns
• Franchise Inquiries Growth & Awareness

5 Creating a cloud system for data storage & management
• Managing & updating the following brand assets:
• Presentations
• Company Profiles
• Websites
• Social Media Handles

6 Working in alliance with the head management towards Macro Goals, relating to marketing
• Guiding & managing production work in alliance with

7 Suggesting required software for

• Assisting with the hiring of required team members for the marketing team, be it digital or offline
• Monthly report of the progress & KPIs achieved to the head management
• Holding weekly team meets for the marketing department for assistance & feedback

• Prominent celebrities & key influencers planning to visit targeted franchise & company-owned resorts & village locations.

Skills Required
• Leadership & Team Management skills
• Assertive, with great negotiation skills

Remuneration
• CTC: 18-20 lacs per annum
• Payment Cycle: As per the company policies.

Experience
• 6+ years of experience in the Marketing Department
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
