The position will lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including technology delivery, change management required to improve, implement existing digital projects, Digital infrastructures and processes.

Responsibilities: -
· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
· Design, build and maintain the organization's social media presence
· Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
· Plan, executed, and measured experiments and conversion tests
· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
· Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
· Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Desired Profile:
· Agency hands-on experience in digital would be preferred
· Experience in data analysis and reporting
· Experience of managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
· Experience with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo, Google) is preferred
· Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)
· Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
· Proven working experience in digital marketing in cloud computing
· Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Cloud marketing and measurement
