Job Title: Head of Ecommerce Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Masters/Bachelors Degree in Supply chain, Previously executed the set up of ecommerce fulfillment in a startup , COO of an ecommerce startup previously
Salary offered: 12-35 Lakhs per annum + ESOPS + freedom and power to perform your life's best ever work yet

We are a startup that is passionate about solving pain points of procurement of the right medical devices for doctors through tech.
We are looking for a young, high-performing, result-oriented, dynamic and relentless team member who is willing to disrupt the buying and purchase experience of doctors and create waves in the medical device industry.
Responsibilities:
• To design and execute ecommerce warehousing and fulfillment of daily/weekly/monthly medical supplies for next-day deliveries to doctors.
• To identify the needs and establish from scratch the systems and processes needed for ecommerce and quick and bulk commerce fulfillment for clinics and hospitals.
• To discover and identify medical devices that fit the market need and initiate onboarding of the same on our platform.
• To expand ecommerce fulfillment and functionality to tier-2 and tier 3 cities in India.
• To establish a seamless customer experience and delight our customers through quick commerce.
• To execute customer virality through offers and coupons in ecommerce by designing product roadmap.
• To understand the customer psychology and influence the product roadmap.
• To be perpetually curious in understanding the medical device domain.
• To make sure, the customer is 100 percent satisfied and happy at all times.
• To make sure the customer gets deliveries on time.
• To make sure the payments/invoices are collected on time.
• To iron out supply chain inefficiencies and induce an iterative processes.

• At Least 3 yrs of experience in ecommerce operations or previous demonstration of ecommerce execution from scratch.
