Head of Finance
Circa £65,000
Dudley College of Technology is one of the most successful further education colleges in the UK, providing a wide range of education and training programmes across the West Midlands. With a Large estate centred on the Dudley and Brierley Hill Learning Quarters, it provides inspirational facilities, in which students can access world-leading technology at the forefront of Further Education. Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in our most recent inspection in 2026, success rates for learners, across all programmes, are on or significantly above national benchmarks.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to lead the development and operation of our financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the college’s overarching strategic plan. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, offering the opportunity to shape the financial future of the college while driving continuous improvement and excellence in financial services.
The successful candidate will hold qualified accountant status and have had previous experience at a management level.
