Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and be able to provide leadership and direction to our finance team. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for finance, we want to hear from you!
Head Of Finance Responsibilities:
• Manage the monthly and yearly financial statements and budgets, including monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis
• Monitor the financial health of properties to ensure profitability and compliance with budget targets
• Update property records for existing and potential new tenants
• Analyze and interpret financial data to prepare reports, financial statements, and presentations
• Prepare schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in property management, accounting, or related field
• Knowledge of property management accounting procedures, legal requirements, and capital markets
• Familiar with accounting software packages, including Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with property management information systems
• Experience with Excel (financial projections and forecasting)
• Experience with Word (financial projections and forecasting)
