Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance and Accounting at Chi Networks in New Delhi. The Head of Finance and Accounting will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and analyzing financial statements. They will collaborate with different teams to ensure financial goals are met, provide strategic financial. guidance to the organization, and be responsible for maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of finance
Experience of minimum 8 years in financial reporting and analyzing financial statements
Expertise in budgeting and financial forecasting
Knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
Experience with financial software and systems
CPA or CFA certification is a plus
Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
IT Background will be preferred
