Job Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Healthcare Delivery and Capability Development. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of our healthcare delivery initiatives, while also driving the development of capabilities and competencies to support our long-term growth and success in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic roadmap for healthcare delivery, aligned with the organization's overall objectives and market dynamics, to drive growth and competitive advantage.
• Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the healthcare delivery team, ensuring the successful execution of projects, initiatives, and client engagements while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Capability Development: Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of key capabilities and competencies required to deliver innovative healthcare solutions, including analytics, AI, machine learning, and domain expertise.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with healthcare provider and payer clients, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that address their unique requirements.
• Team Development: Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the healthcare delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning to drive individual and collective success.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other internal teams, including product development, research, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of healthcare delivery initiatives with organizational priorities and maximize synergies across functions.
• Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of healthcare delivery initiatives, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and feedback mechanisms.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in healthcare delivery and analytics, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives through publications, presentations, and industry forums.
Qualifications
• Proven track record of 20+ years of leadership and success in healthcare delivery, consulting, or related roles, with extensive experience (15+ years) in the healthcare industry, preferably in analytics or AI-driven solutions managing multiple accounts/entire Healthcare or Life Science portfolio.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations, processes, and challenges, with a focus on payer, life sciences and/or MedTech
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, and articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving change and innovation to achieve business objectives and deliver value to clients.
