We are currently retained by a globally renowned organization with a growing presence in the region and they are looking for an experienced, proactive and solution focused Head of HR, APAC based in Mumbai, India.
• Dynamic and fast-growing organization
• APAC Regional strategic role
With large growth and continued growth plans in place for the region, you will be a true business advisor and drive and implement HR initiatives and programs that will meet both local and international requirements. Some key areas to tackle will be HR Transformation, change management, culture building and upscaling the overall capability in the region. You would also need to be a thought leader with excellent consultation skills with both internal and external stakeholders and be able to influence the business in a true advisory role.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong relationship skills and the ability to build credibility with the business. You must also be able to deal with ambiguity and be flexible.
In addition to this you should have:
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and develop trust at all levels of the organization to achieve results.
• Strong knowledge of HR management processes in the APAC region.
• Ability to manage complex situations and identify solutions that support the business.
