Description:
We are now recruiting the Head of HR. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programmes, and practices.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for both technical and non-technical departments.
• Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Facilitate training and development needs, schedule and conduct leadership & development programmes.
• Report to the Director and provide support in decision making through HR metrics.
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy working environment.
• Develop compensation, benefits and incentive plans.
• Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
• Develop and implement programmes that strengthen inclusiveness as we expand our geographic footprint.
• Ensure legal compliance(s).
• Oversee office administration.
Requirement:
~5 to 7 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
~A degree in HR Management.
~A high energy can-do mindset.
~Should be fluent in English.
~Startup mindset
