• Strategizing and leading a productive endtoend recruitment strategy which will include pipeline, source, attract, engage, and acquire the best talent.
• Forecast the manpower needs and develop the talent acquisition plan along with stakeholders to ensure that required manpower is available on time
• Develop a strong employer brand and employee value proposition to attract the best talent
• Conduct market research to evaluate current compensation of the organization and customize to be the best in industry

• Managing the employee life cycle from Planning for Onboarding, Onboarding, Grievances, Compliances, Leaves, PMS, R&R, Employee Engagement, Exit to Internship Processes.
Requirements
- Preferably MBA HR with experience in Heading HR generalist roles(HR Operations, Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management Team Management) for Education Industry.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in independently handling the HR in the development sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and capability to relate and interact with multicultural teams
• Giving close attention to details and demonstrating ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
• Takes ownership and pride over the quality of work as an individual and team member.
