Job Description
1. Talent Management: To ensure that people with specified experience, skills and competencies are recruited by way of competitive compensation and rewards.
2. Attendance & Payroll: To ensure proper monitoring of payroll processing through adequate system of capturing verified inputs and with a mechanism for pre-approving all deviations.
3. Performance Management System: To implement an effective and acceptable Performance Management System inclusive of identifying KPIs, periodic data-based review of KPIs, sharing of employee performance indicators with Management and timely completion of Annual appraisal and increments.
4. HR Policy Deployment: To review and revise (where felt necessary) HR policies and ensure proper communication and deployment at all locations in all eligible employees.
5. Letters: To ensure all Offer Letters, Letters of Appointment, Confidentiality Agreements, Probation extension letters, Confirmation Letters etc are issues in time to all concerned.
6. HR budgets: To prepare and execute HR budgets every year. The budgets should include cost of existing employees, vacancy costs, costs of shared services (if any) and administration costs.
7. Employee Engagement: To prepare location wise employee engagement calendars and ensure compliance with the same.
8. Developing MIS: Develop necessary formats etc to prepare MIS reports.
+. HR operations: Ensure that all HR operations like grievance handling, discipline, communication etc are handled in a matured and timely manner
