Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department and help us transform our company culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing HR strategies and initiatives that foster a performance-driven and collaborative work environment. They will also be instrumental in addressing the current work culture, increasing productivity, and bringing about necessary policy changes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and support a performance-driven culture.
Evaluate and revamp existing HR policies and practices to foster a more engaged and productive workforce.
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent.
Develop and manage effective employee performance management and appraisal systems, focusing on continuous improvement and employee development.
Identify and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth.
Lead and manage employee relations, ensuring open communication and timely resolution of conflicts and issues.
Implement and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and stay up-to-date on best HR practices.
Manage HR team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain a positive, performance-driven company culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of transforming company culture and driving organizational change.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
