We are seeking an experienced AVP/VP of HR with a strong background in technology to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices and policies, as well as robust knowledge of technology and its applications in the HR domain. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with our business goals and drive technological advancements within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy, manage the recruitment and selection process, and oversee performance appraisals to drive high performance.
- Maintain and enhance human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, HR policies, programs, and practices, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and handling POSH activities.
- Utilize HR technology tools to streamline processes and improve data management, oversee payroll and expense management, manage remote employees, and develop training programs to support employee growth and engagement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Certification in HR technology or HR analytics.
- Familiarity with advanced HR technologies and platforms.
