Responsibilities -
• Formulate career development plans and lead employer branding efforts.
• Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
• Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies
• Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs (for tech and non-tech roles)
• Implement and iterate on HR systems and processes to support a rapidly growing workforce
• Develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures to further the company's goals with a data-driven mindset.
Requirements-
• 7-12 years' experience in managing HR with last few years in a start-up/high growth companies
• Experience in building the HR team from scratch, encompassing- Talent acquisition, HR operations and Talent management
• Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
• Sound knowledge of all HR functions & working knowledge of HR softwares like (HRIS, ATS, LMS, PMS)
• Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Team management skills
