We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and experience possible. Role Description We are looking for a Head of Human Resources to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role. We have a Cloud Based HRMS in our company and we intend to increase the scope of it including Performance Management, Appraisal etc. This person would be required to setup HR processes & help setup Mission & Values of the company. You have to work with the Business / Location Heads very closely and grow the business. You must have prior experience of recruitment/hiring as well. Qualifications • In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law • Proficiency in MS Office , Excel, Powerpoint and HRMS • Certification in Human Resources Management (e.g. SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is preferred • Analytical Skills • Hiring Function Experience
