KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consult with Leadership team and provide daily HR guidance.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
• Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
• Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
What you'll need:
• A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader
• Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource management systems and ATS
• Exposure of working in fast-paced start-up and multi-national environment will be a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
