• We’re looking for a senior leader to drive Leonardo’s Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategy across all our UK sites and share best practices across the Leonardo Group. This is a strategic role with real impact, helping us create an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and supported.
• Leonardo has strong foundations in I&D, with committed leaders, established programmes, and external partnerships. Your role will take us to the next level, turning strategy into action and ensuring we attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.
• You will be able to influence at a senior level, inspire others to follow their lead, and manage multiple projects simultaneously across the four strategic focus areas of Attraction Recruitment, Developing, Nurturing & inclusive culture, Influence & Industry. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, both internally and with external partners who support delivery of the strategy
