You will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers who align with our brand and can help amplify our message to a broader audience.
Your expertise in influencer marketing will be critical in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
This is a newly created role, and the successful applicant will look to take our influencer offering to the next level and build out a bespoke influencer strategy for the company
Responsibilities
• Overseeing the creation and implementation of an influencer relations strategy, incorporating our approach

to maximize our reach through influencers
• Managing influencer managers to ensure effective curation and implementation.
• The key point of contact to clients and internal management
• Partnering with the strategy team to execute social strategy across our influencer campaigns.
• To represent the company externally, where appropriate, as the strategic lead for our influencer approach.
• Reviewing and instigating new policies around influencer engagement.
• Overseeing final deliverables as well as work on these assets directly.
• To manage the overall budget for our influencer marketing.
• To proactively develop key internal and external relationships, in line with Company's influencer relations
strategy.
• Ensuring all teams keep to deadlines and that posts are delivered on time.
• Recruitment of significant new high-profile influencers, in line with our growing ambitions and profile
• Tracking results, compiling regular reports and delivering in-depth analytics to clients.
• Monitoring trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Leading coordination of Paid Social, creative and platform testing
• Recruiting, coaching and mentoring team.
• Setting expectations and goals.
• Championing and demonstrating 'thought leadership'.
• Managing HR admin for your team.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience of working directly with influencers and their key partners, leading successful
campaigns, and positively challenging where needed.
• Highly collaborative with a strong ability to positively influence and build relationships with people at all levels
of an organization, internally and externally.
• Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns at once and driving content strategy.
• Strong experience of developing and implementing successful strategies.
• Strong experience of building thriving teams, including strong line management experience
• Strong experience of working with staff at partners at all levels.
• Expertise in creator networks and creative best practices.
• Familiarity with social analytics and media terminology.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written skills with acute attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
