Head of Innovation, Creative Concepts

This is a rare opportunity to lead the creative engine behind multi‑brand, multi‑category innovation. As Head of Innovation, Creative Concepts, you’ll turn trends into commercially successful product stories — setting creative direction, shaping concepts and driving innovation from idea to market.
What you’ll do
Lead trend analysis, brand concepts, creative direction and big ideas that land commercially
Drive multi‑brand, multi‑category innovation projects, balancing creativity, timelines and stakeholders
Lead and support R&D innovation, delivering new solutions, improved processes and smarter ways of working
Partner closely with QA to embed a quality‑first approach from development through to bulk
Leverage global trend resources, insights and innovation initiatives across the business
Bring rigour to creativity through strong planning, follow‑up and execution
What you’ll bring
A degree in Fashion & Design (or related field)
5+ years’ experience in a senior innovation, creative or design leadership role
A proven track record of commercial creativity
Deep knowledge of fabrics, textiles, garment construction and apparel manufacturing
Experience leading multi‑category teams in fast‑paced environments
Strong capability in Adobe and Microsoft Office
Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring and developing teams
