Job Description
Marketing of Stainless Steel Rolled Products ( Wire-rods, Bars, Bright Bars, Wires) in different Stainless Steel Grade and sizes through all over the country.
• OEMs, Automobile Industry, Engineering Industry, Forging Industry, Seamless Steel Tubes
• Follow up for Order position, Payment collection, developing new customer and handling customer complaints and interaction between customer and plant.
• Quality Stainless-Steel and Special & Alloy Steel long products
• Identifying new and potential Customers for development of business.
• Marketing proposals and negotiations on various aspects of the offer.
• Active participation in management team for setting & achieving sales target in terms of Sales dispatches, collection and Customer developments.
• Evaluation of enquiries different Customers and Preparation of Techno-Commercial offer.
• Monitoring of Customer Complaints and their redresses.
• Monitoring of Inventory of Finished goods, and the streamline under process goods.
• Co-ordination with all concerned departments for execution of orders and timely delivery of finish goods.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sale forecasts
• Participating and attending exhibition which is relevant to industry
• Working closely with sales operations for marketing support
• Timely decision making in terms of feasibility of offering time schedules, payment terms and coordinate with other departments
• Presentation of all relevant reports of Marketing activities to Top Management.
• Documentation and implication of ISO, TPM procedures.
