Research and Strategy
Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries, competitors, and customer needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences.
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Define target markets, positioning, messaging, and value propositions for your products and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, engineering, and senior leadership, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Brand and Product Management
You have a track record of transforming and scaling up – how products are sold and marketed.
Manage and enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the B2B marketplace.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

You are technically strong and can have meaningful conversations with Senior Leaders (such as Head Engineering, Head Projects, Head Technology, Head Plant etc.) at our customer's site.

You should possess strong understanding of how chemical plants operate and can relate with the people who run these plants.
For this collaborate with product management teams to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Develop effective product positioning and differentiation strategies.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various marketing channels and activities.

Customer Communication and Engagement

You have a knack for creating content geared towards bringing the best from our organization and our products to the customers.
Hence, create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
Craft persuasive messaging tailored to different customer segments and their pain points.

You are high energy person who can deliver world-class exhibitions/road-shows in India and abroad and tirelessly engage into conversations with our customers.
Plan and coordinate participation in relevant industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
Develop booth designs, promotional materials, and presentations to showcase your products and capabilities.

Be a charismatic relationship-builder with out-of-the-world story telling abilities and a strong knack for impressing our customers with compelling arguments on why they should invest in our products.

You have strong abilities to bring together the right technical and sales experts from within HLE and deliver an impactful show to our customers in forms of presentations, technical discussions and generate strong interest in our products.

For this, work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, tools, and training to effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers.
Digital, Analytics and CRM
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
Utilize various channels such as website, email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising.
You should be able to define, measure and improve the customer engagement trust index.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing initiatives
Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Present reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting ROI, lead generation, customer acquisition, and other relevant metrics.
Key Requirements
B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and MBA
Minimum 10 years of Sales and Marketing Experience with Chemical / API / Pharma industries
Expertise in B2B Marketing
Experience in Digital Marketing
Willing for extensive travel and customer connect
