About the Role

We are looking for Marketing Head for our IT services business. Our world class Marketing team lays the foundation of our success by building a great brand that attracts top talent. They also ensure sales pipelines are always full with leads from international customers through demand generation campaigns with top class content marketing on digital & social media. In this high impact role, you’ll find yourself partnering with leadership across the organization and external marketing agencies to create a marketing strategy and deliver with executional excellence. If you are a pro in Branding & Content marketing and can work collaboratively to build a brand that top talent “Love to work for” and global customers “Love to work with”, this is the role for you!

Job Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and mentor Marketing team to meet Clarion’s ambitious business. objectives
• Create and deliver an employer branding strategy. Run online and on ground campaigns to achieve this
• Run digital and social media campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads from prospective global customers.
• Generate customer and employee insights and integrate them in Marketing strategy.
• Create content marketing strategy and develop world class content through inhouse teams and external agencies.
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop and run marketing campaigns for employer branding & demand generation.
• Conduct weekly meetings with vertical heads of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Video Marketing, PR & On ground marketing.
• Provide marketing support to internal functions e.g., HR, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement etc.

Job Requirements
• 12 -18 years of experience with at least 2 years in a senior role in marketing
• Strong experience in creating a brand strategy and delivering it through executional excellence.
• Expertise and proven track record in employer brand building to attract top talent.
• Strong experience in running demand generation campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads, preferably from North America.
• Expertise and proven track record in Content Marketing on Digital & social media.
• Proficiency in working with external agencies to develop & implement Online and on ground Marketing campaigns.
• B2B marketing experience preferably from Technology industry
• Excellent leadership ^ team playing skills, Track record of building and coaching high performing Marketing teams.
• Highly driven, self-motivated & result oriented. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Excellent at cross functional collaboration.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor Marketing team to meet Clarion’s ambitious business objectives.
• Flexible, Open to new ideas & willing to adapt
