Department: Global Payroll – Human Resources
Location: Pune, India
The Position:
The successful candidate will join Apex Group’s newly created Global Payroll team, within the
Human Resources function. Reporting to the Global Head of Payroll, you will be responsible for
the governance of payrolls within the APAC region and be the regional payroll expert.
Job Specification:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of duties and
tasks including:
o Partnering with the Global Payroll Operations lead, to ensure the timely and
accurate processing of all regional payrolls which are fully compliant with all
applicable laws and regulations.
o Accountable for the sign off for regional payroll cycles
o Responsible for monitoring and assessing changes to local laws and regulations
applicable to APAC payroll compliance and for their timely application within the
payroll processing environment.
