Do you want to make a difference?
As the Head of People and Culture at Hume, sitting on the Executive Team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our progressive people and culture strategy. Early implementation has already driven significant outcomes, including below market attrition levels and above market engagement levels. Your role will be to consolidate this early success and take Hume’s P&C policy, practice, and process to the next level.
This will require you to be a role model people and thought leader, a skilled stakeholder manager/influencer/business partner, and above all else, a “do-er” who can turn our strategic vision into on-the-ground reality.
What do we need from you?
To be considered for this great opportunity to join the Hume team, you will need:
Police Check
Minimum 8 years of experience working in the P&C field
A proven track record in P&C leadership, with at least 3 years leading a P&C team
Sound technical knowledge of all facets of modern People and Culture practice
Proven ability to influence Boards and executive teams
Energy, resilience, and passion – in spades!
