About The Role
As Head of Talent, you will support many of the rapidly growing teams across our various organizations (Engineering, Infra, Ops, Design, Product, Operations, Marketing etc).
You must be creative, thoughtful, and driven, which will allow you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and our hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make sure our hiring process is optimized and operating efficiently. Most importantly you must be passionate about being part of building a strong community. Responsibilities
• Lead a team of 4-6 recruiters to source and hire top talent (Technical & non-tech) within the industry efficiently and effectively
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (i.e. HR, Engineering, and Operations teams)
• Provide an efficient experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, growing the interview process and offer process, including but not limited items such as reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
• Source active and passive candidates through internal referrals, networking, external databases, and research.
• Initiate offers to close
