Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing

Role Overview:
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in creating, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels. Your primary objective will be to drive measurable results, including revenue growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You will need a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies and extensive experience with campaign management, with a focus on leveraging multiple avenues to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development and Execution:
• Develop and implement end-to-end performance marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Identify new channels, tools, and trends to expand the revenue potential of performance marketing.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and optimize budgets to maximize performance and ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Revenue Generation:
• Explore and implement revenue-driven initiatives across PPC, programmatic advertising, retargeting, and other digital marketing avenues.
• Leverage remarketing and cross-selling opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
• Data-Driven Optimization:
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify insights, and implement optimization techniques to improve results.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and Leadership:
• Work closely with the sales, creative, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Guide and mentor junior team members in performance marketing best practices.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through performance marketing.
• Skills and Expertise:
• Strong expertise in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing.
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 – ₹120,000.00 per month
