Job Role: Head Quality
Function: Quality Assurance
Location: Gandhidham
Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical or Metallurgical
Experience:
15-20 years and above relevant experience, in Cold Rolled Product, Continuous Galvanizing Product, Colour Coating Product , CRCA Product & Service Centre Finishing Product highly preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within defined territory.
• Should have knowledge of BIS, ISO Standards, CRFH, CRCA, HR Product Quality parameters and improving/maintaining the quality standards as per company requirements.
• Good presentation skills, analytical skills.
• Must be self-motivated, must have an ability to work well in a teamwork environment, must exhibit a positive and professional attitude, and pay attention to details.
• Ability to perform and work well under pressure.
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO quality standards
Implementing quality systems / procedures in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect finished products.
Designing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations and enhance operational efficiency
Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.
Providing pre and post-sales support to Marketing & sales department
New product development activities
Liaising with Third Party Inspectors (such as SGS, TUV, BIS) visiting works for export product certification inside and outside certification.
Undertaking CA (Corrective Actions) and PA (Preventive Actions) for nonconforming products produced.
Overseeing development of quality and operation staff through structured trainings.
Leading, mentoring, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in inspection and testing.
