Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance Deposit Pool from Customers: Develop and implement strategies to increase deposit growth, ensuring that customer needs are met while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Establish Standards and Delivery of Service: Foster a culture of excellence within the branch, promoting efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Sale of Non-Deposit Products: Identify opportunities to cross-sell non-deposit products, working closely with product management teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in banking, preferably with 6 years of experience, including 3-4 years in retail liabilities. An MBA or CA/CAIB qualification is also essential.
