Role Hierarchy Overview:
• Store Level: Each store is managed by a Store Manager with a team of 5-6 staff.
• Cluster Level: 5-7 stores are overseen by an Area Operations Manager.
• Regional Level: Zonal Operations Heads supervise clusters.
• National Level: The Head of Operations leads all zonal operations, ensuring effective execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Pan-India store operations and ensure smooth business processes across all locations.
• Monitor and achieve monthly revenue targets for every store.
• Manage business performance, drive sales operations, and improve operational efficiency.
• Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities to enhance store performance.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for operational staff.
• Work closely with HR for manpower planning and development, taking a leadership role in execution.
• Analyze business trends, identify gaps, and implement strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in operations within the jewelry industry is mandatory.
