Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Head of Sales Marketing. The Head of Sales Marketing will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and establish marketing campaigns to promote our products. Responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, and establishing strong relationships with healthcare providers and clients. The role also involves tracking sales performance, setting sales targets, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
• Experience in sales strategy development and execution
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
• Ability to create and implement effective marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, especially reproductive health, is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA is a plus
