Job description, work day and responsibilities

We are looking for a Head of Sciences teacher. Experience teaching A Level is an advantage.

Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a registered private online high school based in New Zealand. The school opened on 1 May 2020 and currently has a multi-cultural international student cohort of approximately 1,500 students. We were recently named in the Top 3 World's Best School for Innovation.

Our students come from over 50 countries, while our highly experienced teaching staff—primarily from New Zealand and the United Kingdom—are all subject experts and registered educators. We offer both Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge International pre-GCSE, International GCSE, and International A-Level programmes.

CGA students study at a level according to their academic competence and not their age. Hence, we have a considerable number of students studying at a level in advance of their peer group.

Our school has excellence of academic achievement, a strong belief in extracurricular activity and student leadership at the core of its values. Our strong pastoral care network guarantees for students a safe and inclusive environment. The flexibility with curriculum options, the availability of cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to learn at an accelerated pace is very attractive for students with a personal drive to excel.
