Role Summary: Lead & oversee all field service operations for blown-film and pipe-extrusion plants, ensuring uptime, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of service engineers & technicians
• Act as escalation point for critical breakdowns; coordinate global support
• Build strong customer relationships; conduct quarterly business reviews
• Implement remote diagnostics
Qualifications & Experience:
• ≥ 10 years in heavy-industrial service leadership (plastics/film/pipe)
• Deep technical mastery of blown-film & pipe-extrusion plant design & troubleshooting
• Proven track record of growing a service business
• Excellent communicator in client-facing settings; strong negotiation skills
• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Plastics) or equivalent
• Willingness to travel
