Overview
A globally respected consulting and analytics firm is seeking a Head – Data Platform Alliances to build and scale strategic partnerships across the data and AI ecosystem.
This is a hands-on builder role, focused on transforming alliances from a reactive, relationship-driven model into a structured, revenue-generating growth engine.
The right candidate will not just manage partnerships — they will own partner-driven pipeline and revenue, working closely with internal consulting teams and external partners to create measurable business impact.
Role Responsibilities
• Own and drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, with clear accountability for measurable impact
• Lead and expand strategic relationships with key data platform partners (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku, Informatica, and similar ecosystems)
• Build and scale a proactive, account-driven alliance motion (moving beyond deal-by-deal collaboration)
• Partner closely with consulting leaders, sales teams, and client account teams to identify opportunities and execute joint go-to-market strategies
• Develop and implement scalable alliance processes, including deal registration, account mapping, governance, reporting, and partner engagement workflows
• Drive co-sell execution, campaign strategy, and partner enablement to generate pipeline and accelerate deal cycles
• Build credibility with internal stakeholders and ensure adoption of partner-led solutions across the organization
• Lead and mentor a small alliances team while remaining highly hands-on in execution
Ideal Background
• Direct ownership of partnerships within the data platform ecosystem (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku, Informatica, or similar)
• Proven track record of generating measurable partner-driven revenue (not just influencing deals)
• Experience building or scaling partner GTM motions that produce pipeline and closed business
• Experience working within a consulting / services organization, or closely alongside SIs / GSIs in a services-led sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive co-sell motions, align with sales teams, and generate net-new opportunities
• Strong understanding of alliance operating models, including deal registration, account mapping, governance, and partner engagement processes
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption across a complex organization
• Prior people leadership experience preferred, but must be comfortable as a hands-on builder
• Experience in industries such as life sciences, healthcare, financial services, or technology is a plus

Compensation
• Base salary approximately $200K–$220K + bonus
