Head of Strategic Manufacturing Engineering (Production Engineering), Head of Operations, Head Projects, Industrial engineering, Sourcing, Supply chain, Digital transformation with a desire to become a Business Head .
• Mechanical engineer with 24+ years of experience in production, Green field projects, Process planning engineering (Production Engineering), Facilities planning, Heading Projects, Internal logistics and material flow, Industrial engineering, Layout planning, Digital transformation
• Establishing long term strategy for manufacturing Engineering
• Establishing Green field projects / Brown field projects (Multi plant location – Global)
• Marketing - Digital Transformation (IoT with in plant, MES, End to end integration of Supply chain excellence, Sales excellence, Sales force Automation)
• Establishing / enhancing Manufacturing capacity
• Handled team size of 45 people.
• Capital and Revenue planning and budgeting.
• New capital equipment planning and procurement.
• Project management, Project planning and control
• Manufacturing Systems Engineering
• Industrial engg. – Methods Engg., Level of automation, Layout planning, IE road map
• Low-cost Automation system design
• Productivity improvement
• Manufacturing cost reduction
• Lean manufacturing, TPM, TQM and 6 Sigma implementations
• Manufacturing process technology planning and up-gradation
• Internal logistics management
• Supplier development – Capacity and Productivity
