As we scale our footprint in the luxury turnkey segment, we are looking for a powerhouse from the real estate sector—specifically a Head of Sales or Senior Leader from a Tier-1 Developer—to bridge the gap between a client’s property acquisition and their dream home realization.
The Role
This is not a traditional cold-calling sales role. You will be the face of KKD Studio within the premium real estate ecosystem. You will leverage your existing deep-rooted relationships with developers, top-tier channel partners, and HNI clients to position our design and build services as the natural next step after a high‑value property purchase.
Key Responsibilities
• Ecosystem Integration: Activate your network of luxury real estate brokers and developers to identify "Possession Ready" high‑end projects in South Mumbai, Worli, BKC, and Alibaug.
• HNI Relationship Management: Lead the conversion of HNI/UHNW leads into landmark interior projects through consultative, trust‑based selling.
• Strategic Partnerships: Design and execute exclusive tie‑ups with luxury property consultants and wealth managers to create a seamless referral pipeline.
• End‑to‑End Conversion: Navigate the client journey from the initial site visit and design presentation to the finalization of turnkey contracts.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Mumbai’s luxury project pipeline, ensuring KKD Studio is the first name mentioned at the point of property handover.
Who You Are
• The Networker: You have 8–12 years of experience, currently or recently serving as a Head of Sales, AGM, or DGM with a Tier‑1 developer (e.g., Lodha, Oberoi, Piramal, Sunteck) or a leading Luxury Property Consultant.
• The Closer: You have a proven track record of closing ticket sizes upwards of ₹20Cr–₹50Cr+ in the residential space.
• The Expert: You understand the nuances of luxury real estate—possession timelines, floor plans, and the specific pain points of HNI homeowners.
• The Persona: You possess the polish, vocabulary, and executive presence required to sit across the table from Mumbai’s elite.
