We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition - UK to activate Talent and Talent Acquisition strategies aligned to our UK business strategy, ensuring HSBC attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
This is a leadership role responsible for the people management and strategic oversight of the UK market and acts as senior point of contact for the service delivery model. The role holder will deliver proactive succession management, recruitment delivery, workforce strategy fulfilment and talent management across all Businesses, Group Infrastructure and entities within the UK.
