• Factory Head (Production Planning Quality) - Hardgoods/Furniture
• We are looking for highly experienced production planning and quality professional in hardgoods/furniture with around 25-40 years experience
Job Location: Manesar/ Gurgaon (Delhi/NCR), India
Major Job Responsibilities
• Working as a factory manager, managing day to day production planning and operations
• Quality and Planning expertise in Solid Wood/Modular Furniture's
• Knowledge of UL Standards and Certification and implementation for Furniture
• Expertise in Quality Standards and Inspection of Hard Goods for shipping to customers in the US and European markets
• Create cost gains in your supply chain
• Create new vendor relationships and improve existing ones by working closely with suppliers in improving their quality and profits.
• Create a robust human resource backbone in operational area and assist in the creation of a process driven enterprise
• Sourcing of Materials - Preparing the projection and ensuring the availability of all necessary raw-materials and consumables.
• Negotiating for the pricing and sourcing the right type of materials
Quality Control - ensuring the products meets the quality standards and specifications and compliance
Costing - Calculating the cost of the finished products and reporting
Achieving targets - to monitor and ensure that targets are achieved and timely completion of orders
Customer Support - Providing necessary customer support as and when needed
Productivity -Maximization of capacity utilization and man power utilization to minimize the costs
Labour relationship - ensuring harmony is maintained at the workplace and motivation of workers to achieve the targets and productivity
MIS - submission of various production, quality control and cost reports to management. Analysis of projection vs. actual
Required Skills
• Good knowledge and experience in manufacturing of all types of furniture.
• Must have 20 + Years of experience in Production Planning Quality Control
• Excellent Communication Interpersonal Skills
Salary/ Remuneration: -20- 25 L/Annum (No Bar for right candidate)

Salary: 2,000,000.00 - 2,500,000.00 per year
