We’re looking for an experienced Head Planner to join our Wetherill Park site and play a critical role in ensuring smooth, reliable production performance that keeps our customers at the centre of everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and develop the planning team, coaching three direct reports and building long‑term capability
Deliver strong customer service by meeting DIFOT targets and proactively addressing shortages
Manage the planning horizon, reviewing capacity, reducing constraints, and supporting S&OP execution
Own the daily production plan, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and rapid response to changes
Maintain master data and BOM accuracy to support reliable planning and KPI performance
Partner with S&OP and Operations leaders to improve planning processes and support site wide alignment
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years’ experience in a similar planning leadership role
Strong background using ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Advanced numeracy, analytical capability, and MS Office skills
Natural communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
High attention to detail, great organisation, and adaptability in a changing environment
