Description
1. Develop, manage and improve HRM processes at the unit
2. Manage the overall HR functions to realize the company and HR vision at the plant level
3. Implement corporate HR policies and initiatives at the unit
4. Plan and implement the performance appraisal and promotions processes.
5. Strengthen relationships between employees and the management team
6. Plan manpower resource requirement (including redeployment, reskilling and multiskilling) for optimal use of human resources and financial budgets for HR department.
7. Conduct a periodic diagnostic study for Employee satisfaction, motivation, morale and effects of HR initiatives and maintain a database thereof
8. Implement Group Hiring Process at all level; ensure gender diversity and inclusion of differently abled persons when possible.
9. Ensure people development and succession planning of key roles.
10. Identifying Organization Culture needs and supporting implementation of initiatives through Site Leadership
11. Structuring, implementing, and managing employee engagement processes through and with line management support.
12. Periodically conducting employee communication with leadership Team, HODs and Manager on regular basis
13. Ensuring compliance with Grievance Handling procedure and Labor negotiations agreements.
14. Ensuring employee services delivered as per company policy.
