Job Description
- BE (Civil) and MBA (optional) with 15-20 years' experience in project development and execution of commercial, institutional and hospital projects
- Proven track record in execution of multiple healthcare related projects (NABH accredited facilities), preferably single specialty clinics (< 10 Crores project) from concept to commissioning
- Overall 15-20 years of experience in managing / executing turnkey projects with minimum of last 3-5 years in healthcare / hospital set up
- Demonstrated leadership and strong execution capabilities to manage and lead 10-15 projects sites simultaneously including mentorship support and rigorous execution along with the junior team
- Sound understanding of statutory, regulatory, compliance related and any licensing approval requirement for building/ hospital facilities including understanding of Bye Laws, standards
- Effective in coordinating with government and regulatory body for timely approval
- Proven skills in development and management of turnkey contractor, equipment supplier and vendor base
- Experience in site selection for setting up hospital for desired business objective
- Willingness to travel, understanding of commercial aspects of center performance including competition and talent requirement
- Understanding of commercial leasing space including engagement with real estate consultants
- Understand yearly project targets goals, define targets at project levels, set work schedules at monthly and quarterly levels including preparation of annual capex budgets
- Align all internal stakeholders on work schedules, set clear job responsibilities for team members and supervisors, stakeholders include IT, HR, Centre ops team, Doctors, Branding team, marketing team, optical department
- Ensure workstreams are carried out as per set procedures maintaining execution speed, quality and safety
- Drive continuous improvement in terms of cost and schedule across project by bringing design efficiency, contracting and productivity
- Build strong team and lead by example in project execution and cross functional collaboration
- Support in NABH accreditation for facilities / hospitals
