We seek an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager with a strong relationship with brands, clients, and agencies across industries.

The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our video solution business by identifying opportunities, managing the sales teams, and cultivating long-term relationships with clients. The Head of Sales will also work closely with the Strategy and Creative teams to ensure that our video offerings meet the needs of the clients and help them achieve their marketing and business goals via these videos.
Responsibilities:
a.) Generate Video Sales lead
- Undertake road show with Brands & Business, agencies showcasing our video services and credentials
b.) Own the Video Sales Target
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Attend client meetings and deliver sales pitches
- Follow up on generated leads and convert them into prospective clients
- Preparation of presentation decks for pitches
c.) Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
d.) Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s client reach
e.) Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
f.) Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including outbound prospecting, networking, and responding to inbound inquiries.
g.) Collaborate with the creative team to develop video solutions that meet the needs of our clients and help drive results.
h.) Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay up-to-date on industry developments and identify new opportunities.
i.) Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations to senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
j.) Participate in industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our video production services.
k.) Manage the sales budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
a.) Relationship with decision-makers spread across multiple brands across several industries
b.) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
c.) Minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in Sales & BD in a Creative & Media Agency to sell creative ideas and content thought process
d.) Proven ability to manage a team of sales representatives and develop effective sales strategies.
e.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and work collaboratively with internal teams.
f.) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
g.) Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
h.) Willingness to travel as required to attend industry events and meet with clients.
